IntelligentSystems LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Ohio limited liability company that operates intsystemsllc.com and the associated financial intelligence platforms, including RedThread Systems and BluePrint (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use the Platform, or interact with us. It applies to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

- Account creation: name, business email address, organization/company name, job title, and password.
- Purchases: billing name, billing address, and payment card details (collected and processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
- Contact: name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Surveys or promotions: any information you voluntarily provide.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and access timestamps.
- Device information: device type, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: features accessed, searches conducted, reports generated, and interactions with Platform tools.

2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Payment processors: transaction confirmations and billing-related information.
- Analytics providers: aggregated usage and performance data.
- Publicly available sources: business contact information for outreach purposes.
2.4 Information We Do Not Collect
The Platform processes publicly available SEC filing data and other publicly available financial information. We do not collect or process the personal data of individuals referenced in such public filings unless those individuals are also registered users of our Platform. The Platform is intended solely for use by business professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information on the following legal bases: (i) performance of a contract; (ii) compliance with a legal obligation; (iii) legitimate interests; and (iv) consent, where you have provided your explicit consent, including for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
4.1 Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party vendors who process data on our behalf, including payment processors (e.g., Stripe), cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, email service providers, and analytics providers. - Log and usage data: retained for up to 12 months, then aggregated or deleted.

For users in the EU and UK, we act as a data controller. Our lawful bases for processing are: contract performance; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interests; and consent. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA or UK without ensuring adequate protection, such as through Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
- Access controls and authentication requirements for Platform personnel.
- Use of a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor; we do not store raw payment card data.
- Regular review of our security practices.
No method of data transmission is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including the GDPR's 72-hour supervisory authority notification requirement where applicable.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended solely for use by business professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
