- BluePrint subscriptions start at $299 per month (billed annually) for Smaller Reporting Companies, or $399 per month on monthly billing. Non-SRC filers (accelerated and large accelerated) pay $599 per month annually or $699 monthly. One-time services like Preflight Reports ($99–$199) and Full XBRL Tagging ($299–$499) are also available to subscribers.
- What is included in a BluePrint subscription?
- A BluePrint subscription includes access to the XBRL validation platform with six-layer pre-submission filing review, iXBRL tagging tools, taxonomy browsing, and EDGAR submission support. Subscribers can also purchase one-time add-on services like Preflight Reports and Full XBRL Tagging at discounted rates. Annual subscribers receive the lowest pricing on all services.
- What is the difference between SRC and Non-SRC pricing?
- BluePrint pricing is based on SEC filer classification. Smaller Reporting Companies (SRCs) pay $299/month annually or $399/month on monthly billing. Non-SRC filers — which include accelerated filers and large accelerated filers — pay $599/month annually or $699/month. The distinction reflects the additional filing complexity and taxonomy coverage required for larger filers.
- Can I use BluePrint without a subscription?
- BluePrint's core platform requires a subscription. However, one-time services are available to subscribers on a per-use basis: Preflight Reports start at $99 (annual subscribers) or $199 (monthly subscribers), and Full XBRL Tagging for filers without a prior tagged filing starts at $299 (annual) or $499 (monthly).
- How much does a RedThread disclosure intelligence report cost?
- RedThread Systems disclosure intelligence reports are priced by analysis depth. A 1-year analysis covering 2 filings starts at $249. A 3-year report (6–12 filings) is $749. A 5-year report (15–20 filings) is $1,499. A 10-year deep analysis (30–40+ filings) starts at $2,999. RedThread is currently in development, and pricing is preliminary.
